Mr Acting Deputy President, I rise on a point of order. I do not want to interfere with Senator Joyce’s flow but, as I have just indicated, we had a government speaker for seven minutes. Senator Joyce has three minutes. If he takes 10 minutes, we will be breaking the protocols and conventions of this Senate. If he is going to speak for 10 minutes, I am happy for him to do it, but you will need to call someone from this side of the chamber first before you give Senator Joyce the call.
