My question is to the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, Senator Coonan. As the minister is aware, the delivery of broadband services is very important across Australia, especially in my home state of South Australia. Will the minister please update the Senate on government action to ensure all Australians enjoy access to broadband? Further, is the minister aware of any alternative policies?
