That the following government business orders of the day be considered from 12.45 p.m. till not later than 2 p.m. today:

No. 4 Offshore Petroleum Amendment (Miscellaneous Measures) Bill 2008
No. 5 Superannuation Legislation Amendment (Trustee Board and Other Measures) (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2008

I seek leave to move a motion in relation to consideration of general business today, which relates to my earlier remarks that we should be able to fit it all in with the goodwill of the Senate and, hopefully, the goodwill of the House of Representatives as well.
