Following up on one of the issues Senator Nash raised: if the former government did such a good job on the economy, why have we now inherited an economic crisis? The fact of the matter is that we have inherited an economic crisis because of the failure of the previous government to see and respond to the issues that have now arisen in not only the Australian economy but the world economy. Don’t leave, Senator Nash! I am going to talk about it. You want some answers and now you are leaving. Come and listen to the answers. Senator Nash, come back please!
