This is all about the bill. Before I get onto that issue yet again, what really benchmarks the incompetence of the first 12 months of this government is the blanket guarantee of bank deposits. I see Senator Sherry sitting there. He has some responsibility in this, but I would say that more than anyone it finds its way back to the Treasurer and the Prime Minister.
