Thank you, Minister; I would appreciate that. Obviously it is not going to impact on the decision that we are making here today. I have a couple of concerns. One is the extent of the review that is currently being carried out. While the ACCC may be receiving submissions from communities and affected irrigators, for example, whether the terms of reference of the inquiry provide the ACCC with the ability to actually make recommendations as to those is an issue.
