I think that logically would follow. Whether—and this is the dependent point—this will represent more eight-week non-payment penalties is, quite frankly, an unknown factor because of the matters that I spoke of before because we will not know the basis of the noncompliance until the CCA has taken place. That is the importance of having the CCA there.
