Could you possibly point out the mechanism that will look at and take into account the circumstances of someone’s unemployment status and whether they voluntarily left a job or were made unemployed for alleged misconduct? What process will be used for ensuring you are satisfied that it does in fact count as misconduct or that there was no reasonable reason for them to leave employment?
