My question is almost without notice to the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy. Is he aware that the Brown government in the UK—that has quite a good ring to it, don’t you think—is moving to part-privatise the Royal Mail? Can he give the Senate an assurance that there are no moves afoot to part-privatise any of Australia Post? Would he inform the Senate about any approaches from the private sector to privatise Australia Post or any part thereof?
