by leave—The Greens have circulated in the chamber a proposal to divide this bill. As I indicated in my speech on the second reading, the Greens have some significant problems with schedule 3 of this bill. We propose that schedule 3 be divided from the bill and that it be moved into a separate bill. I indicate to the government that if this is not successful and we go into committee this will take some time, because I have further amendments and I have a significant number of questions for them.
