I table documents relating to the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner, in response to the order of the Senate of 23 June 2009. The ministerial direction under section 11 of the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 has already been registered on the federal registry of legislative instruments. The table office has advised that this will be tabled today.
