The question will stand, Senator Fielding. I will review the Hansard to see what was actually in the question. One of the difficulties, and I have said this before, is that there is a lot of noise when people are asking their questions. In this situation where I have been asked for a ruling on a question, it is very hard to give a ruling because I could not hear some of the material.
