Mr President, I raise a point of order. In respect of  the minister’s response a little earlier, I did afford him the time to stop reading a policy statement and provide an answer to the simple question: ‘How much money has been spent to date under this program and who has received the money?’ I have given him a fair crack; I would ask you to bring him to order.
