Mr President, I ask a further supplementary question. The Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts website advises that green loans will be discontinued from 22 March 2010. Will all home audits be returned to homeowners in time for them to consider applying for a green loan, and can the minister confirm that all participating financial institutions are still offering green loans to customers?
