That flies in the face of everything that every stakeholder in the insulation industry has said about the importance of training in the sector. That is why. Training is vital for workers and businesses who want to participate in the new scheme and for getting unskilled workers into new jobs. The Prime Minister is on record about working our way through the implementation of inspections and the rectification of work which is necessary.
