the hours of meeting be from 9.30 am to 6 pm and 8 pm to adjournment; and

(b)

the routine of business from 5.30 pm to 6 pm, shall be consideration of the government business order of the day relating to the Do Not Call Register Legislation Amendment Bill 2009.
