I move an amendment to the motion as follows:

At the end of the motion, add: “and

(1)

The provisions of other bills be referred to legislation committees in accordance with the list circulated in the chamber.

(2)

The Financial Framework Legislation Amendment Bill be deferred for consideration at the committee’s next meeting.”

Education Services for Overseas Students Legislation Amendment Bill 2010  (introduced in the House of Representatives 23 June 2010) refer to Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 24 August 2010

Federal Financial Relations Amendment (National Health and Hospitals  Network) Bill 2010 (introduced in the House of Representatives 23 June 2010) refer to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 24 August 2010
