I move government amendment (2) on sheet BU255:

(2)    Clause 5, page 4 (line 27), omit the definition of service operator, substitute:

service operator means the Chief Executive Officer of Medicare Australia.

We also oppose clause 6 in the following terms:

(4)    Clause 6, page 5 (lines 7 to 12), to be opposed.
