My question is to the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Senator Conroy. Given the minister’s comments in relation to the changes to the antisiphoning regulations that all AFL blockbuster games will continue to remain on free-to-air networks, can the government explain whether a Carlton and Collingwood match would be screened on free-to-air TV even if both teams were positioned 15th and 16th on the ladder respectively?
