Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. Is the minister aware that ABS data on household numbers indicates that there are only 8.35 million households in Australia in 2010? How does the NBN Co. know about 1.25 million more residential premises—in effect, a lost city about the size of Perth—than the ABS does?
