I thank Senator Cormann for notifying my office that he intended to raise this. My office has had a chance to speak to Minister Shorten’s office. The issues raised in question No. 367, which I have read, with which I have some familiarity, are very wide ranging and complex. I make that point firstly. The ATO are currently compiling and checking the data needed to respond to the question—again, the issues are very complex and wide ranging—and I expect to provide the information sought in the near future, but I do not have a specific date as yet.
