Senators Carol Brown and Cameron be appointed as members of the Joint Standing Committee on the National Broadband Network; and

(b)

Senator Colbeck replace Senator Troeth on the Environment and Communications Legislation Committee for the committee’s inquiry into the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment (Bioregional Plans) Bill 2011, and Senator Troeth be appointed as a participating member of the committee.
