I thank the senator for his contribution and note the support of the opposition for this legislation. I also table a replacement explanatory memorandum relating to the Autonomous Sanctions Bill 2010. The memorandum takes account of recommendations by the Senate Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee.
