I draw the attention of honourable senators to the presence in the chamber of a parliamentary delegation from the National Assembly of Malawi, led by the speaker, the Rt Hon. Henry Chimunthu Banda. On behalf of all senators, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and in particular to the Senate. With the concurrence of honourable senators, I ask the speaker to take a seat on the floor of the Senate.
