Thank you, Mr President. I note the minister's reference to 'results' in the beginning of his answer. I would have thought, Minister, that the provision of performance data would be a good indicator for results. Can the minister further explain how it is possible that a performance indicator for the outcome 'that people have access to housing through an efficient and responsive housing market' has not been developed in the 18 months since the National Affordable Housing Agreement was finalised?
