Again, these are matters that really should be dealt with by the tribunal themselves. What we are talking about tonight is independence and trans­parency. In terms of those sorts of delibera­tions, they are matters that the tribunal should come to under their own investi­gation. Of course, Senator, you are very welcome to provide a submission to the tribunal outlining your position, and I am sure that your comments tonight will be noted.
