My question is to the Minister representing the Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigen­ous Affairs and Minister representing the Minister for Social Inclusion, Senator Arbib. Can the minister advise whether voluntary organisations like scouts, local football clubs and lifesaving clubs, together with charitable and not-for-profit organisations, will receive compensation for carbon tax cost increases?
