My question is to the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, Senator Wong. What explanation does the government have for the 419,000 households in Western Aust­ralia, representing 52 per cent of all WA households, who, according to Western Australian Treasury modelling, will be worse off under Labor's carbon tax, a carbon tax which will do nothing to help reduce global greenhouse gas emissions?
