One of the difficulties here—and I am sure Senator Siewert will appreciate it—is that people have different perspectives of consultation and what is consultation, and perhaps a positive conclu­sion, depending on a particular individual organisation's perspective, is then consult­ation but a negative one is not. We argue that the views of all organisations are taken into account in terms of such consultation. We do not see that the current process needs to be changed in that regard.
