I thank the senator for her question. As I have indicated several times this week, the government's arrangements with Malay­sia are such that people who would be trans­ferred to Malaysia would not be caned. They will be treated with dignity and respect and in accordance with human rights standards, and that clearly means no caning. It is impor­tant to note—
