I rise to conclude the second reading debate on the Parliamentary Service Amendment (Parliamentary Budget Officer) Bill 2011 and, in doing so, want to make this comment: it has been interesting to watch—intermittently; I agree I have not been glued to the television set for the entirety of the debate—the opposition try to justify their position. We had some extraordinary contributions. I have to say that Senator Joyce's was one of the oddest. There was discussion of Monty Python and hermaphrodites. I am not quite sure what that has—
