A number of these codes now are being imposed and businesses required to comply with less than two months notice in the case of those that were publicly available as of 9 November. I confess that, when I come into this chamber, most of the time I am of the view that big business is generally big and ugly enough to look after itself, but my concern here is: how on earth are small businesses going to be able to adjust and make any investments, changes or whatever within a period of two months?
