Mr President, I raise another point of order on this continuing farce where we are voting on bills we have not spoken one word on. My Order of Business shows the Broadcasting Services Amendment (Review of Future Uses of Broadcasting Services Bands Spectrum) Bill 2001 and then it says, in brackets, 'subject to introduction'. I do not recall whether Senator Conroy has introduced this. Are we going to be voting on that? Has it been introduced?
