I draw to the attention of honourable senators the presence in the gallery of the Pacific Parliamentary Leadership Dialogue delegation from Bougainville, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Vanuatu. On behalf of all senators, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and in particular to the Senate. I note also the presence in the gallery of former Senator Kay Patterson, welcome back, and former member of the House of Representatives Duncan Kerr.
