I rise with great pleasure to support the Minerals Resource Rent Tax Bill 2011. I have been fortunate, or unfortunate, to have been involved in a number of inquiries into the Minerals Resource Rent Tax Bill, and I have had Senator Cormann chair some of those hearings that I have been involved in.
