My question is to the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, Senator Wong. I also refer the minister to the report by the Energy Users Association of Australia which shows that, following the implementation of Labor's carbon tax on 1 July this year, people in my home state of South Australia, like Queenslanders, will be paying some of the highest energy prices in the world.
