Mr President, it is with great reluctance that I rise on a point of order on not just the clear imputations again being made against members of this House but also personal reflections on other folk, both of which are precluded under standing order 193(3). I ask if you could kindly explain for our benefit what could possibly contravene that standing order if this does not.
