Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. Why will a typical South Australian small business's electricity bill rise by hundreds of dollars a year as a direct result of the carbon tax and associated climate change policies, when Ms Gillard told a lie at the last election promising that there would be no carbon tax under the government she leads?
