asked the Minister representing the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, upon notice, on 25 June 2012:

Can a list be provided detailing on how many occasions costs have been awarded by Fair Work Australia, including for each:

(a) the reason why costs were awarded; and

(b) whether they were awarded to the:

  (i) applicant or defendant; and

  (ii) employer or employee.
