Mr President, on a point of order: the guillotine motion which is currently in effect, which the government and the Greens passed in this place, specifically provides for the first speech of Senator Lines and the valedictory speeches of Senator Humphries and Senator Joyce at five o'clock, so I would have thought that the opportunity to seek to table reports has concluded.
