My question is to the Assistant Minister for Health—her first question—and I congratulate her on her new position on the frontbench and I say it is well deserved. Will the minister inform the Senate what plans the government has to address the doctor shortages in parts of Northern Queensland? How will the government target medical graduates to help address the maldistribution of doctors in these areas?
