My question is to the Minister for Human Services, Senator Payne, in her capacity as Minister representing the Minister for Education. Can the minister inform the Senate of the effects that a $2,000 cap on self-education expenses would have on nurses, teachers and other front-line workers? Is it a fact that many of these people would have struggled to afford professional accreditation? What has the government done to address this situation?
