My point of order is relevance. The minister was asked a very specific question as to whether or not the government stood by its pre-election promise. He has not even referenced the promise—the policy commitment that was made. Whilst I understand that there are times when ministers in the chamber will want to add context and make a political point, he has not even referenced the promise.
