And Senator Farrell interrupts rudely and says, 'We'd like a share of it!' Well they do want a share of it. They are not silly in that state. This bill recognises the opportunity to get a share of mining, to get a share of transport, to get a share of investment so that that state can also grow away from a population of 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 million into the two millions and three millions.
