by leave—I inform the Senate that Senator Cash, the Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Women and the Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, will be absent from the Senate today and tomorrow to deliver a keynote address at the Indian Ocean Naval Symposium and to meet key stakeholders, if not ill. For the purposes of question time, Senator Brandis will represent the Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, and Senator the Hon. Marise Payne will represent the Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Women.
