Everybody wants a full-time job. There has been, regrettably, a degree of casualisation in the workforce with part-time jobs. The good news is, if you do get yourself a part-time job or a seasonal job, there is a greater chance you can then move on to full-time employment and that is what we as a government are pursuing.
