It might come as a surprise to this so-called champion of the workers sitting on the other side that the vast majority of jobs are filled in Australia without there being an actual job advertisement that is publicly identifiable. That is the reality and indeed the job service providers only deal with about 10 per cent or, indeed, less than 10 per cent—
