Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. I refer the Minister for Defence to the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, who said that a competitive tender process for our new submarine fleet would drive the price down and efficiency up. Will the minister finally accept the advice of expert after expert, rip up his draft press releases on the Japan deal and hold a competitive tender process?
