That was the advice that was given to me, and I go back to a point that I made to you earlier. The ban will clearly not apply to any substances with a legitimate use that are imported in accordance with the relevant regulatory scheme. Perhaps that is a clarification on the last point that I made, but that is a point that I did make to you earlier in the debate.
