Before I call upon the next question, could I inform honourable senators of the presence in the chamber of a parliamentary delegation from Fiji led by the Speaker, the Hon. Dr Jiko Luveni MP. On behalf of all senators, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and particularly the Senate. With the concurrence of honourable senators, I would ask the Speaker to take a seat on the floor of the Senate.
